September Second Post-Lesson with a Video Tutorial
I have planned a lesson with a Video tutorial. I am planning this revision lesson with a video tutorial on tenses. I have already finished teaching the tenses. I have given lots of activities to give hand on practice.
Many of my children could do the given activities well. But there are always a group of children who can learn with difficulties. If I reteach this topic again, children who already knows will be restless since they know. So to engage whole class with just one lesson, I have to come up with something catchy things. This is when I came up with this video tutorial.
I will let my children watch this video first. Then, I will let them get ready with their notebook. .They are going to watch the video for the second time and take notes of words they could grab from the tutorial.
Next, they are going to watch the video for the the third time and do the activities together with the tutorial.
Finally, watch the video once again and do their own correction.
*** This is my plan for my upcoming class. I will write my reflection after carrying out the lesson in my next blog.

ReplyDeleteWow! It was great that you did a wonderful job by teaching your lesson through video tutorial. These days our learner learns best through ICT integrated lesson. However you may have to put extra information after screening video tutorial to supplement your points.

ReplyDeleteGood use of ict la. One suggestion if you dont mind. How about letting children to browse from the net by themselves. Provide them correct URL so that it will save your time. I feel most of us have misconception in use of ict. I feel we should focus on students learning not how teacher implements the ict to deliver the lesson. My feeling la.
